Active Re-Entry: Who we are and what we do...

Active Re-Entry's Main Office at
10
South Fairgrounds Road
in Price, Utah 84501
Voice/TTY: 1 (435) 637-4950

Active Re-Entry is a community based program which assists individuals with disabilities to achieve or maintain self-sufficient, productive lives and live independently within their own communities.

Some of our programs include: help in attaining assistive technology (wheelchairs, ramps, emergency call systems); training for those losing their sight; caregiver and grief support groups; PAWS Animal Therapy Program; SCOODEO - a nationally recognized safety training program for those who have no other means of transportation than an electric scooter; PERKIE Travels - a coordinated cancer treatment transportation system to help get people to the Utah Valley area for their radiation treatment; nursing home diversion and transition programs and other programs.

Active Re-Entry serves the seven counties of Eastern Utah -- Dagget, Duchesne, Uintah, Carbon, Emery, Grand and San Juan -- just over 27,000 square miles.

We are committed to promoting the rights, dignity, and quality of life for all persons with disabilities. We offer many services and resources or can help guide to other service providers. Please feel free wander around our website and to contact us.

PAWS Handler/Volunteer...

Does your furry friend have a love of kids? The elderly? Do they respond to verbal and hand commands easily? Do they love attention and lots of petting? Then they might have the P.A.W.S. Stuff.

Animals and handlers must meet Delta Society Standards and be able to set aside a set amount of hours per month for activities. Evaluations are by appointment. Call Active Re-Entry at 637-4950 and set up an appointment.

You can also download a copy of our new PAWS Brochure here and learn more... or go to our PAWS page.
