Moab Valley Multicultural Center – The Moab Valley Multicultural Center provides bilingual crisis intervention and advocacy services for anyone with socioeconomic, cultural, or language barriers with particular emphasis on immigrant, minority, indigenous, and vulnerable populations of all ages.
Moab Free Health Clinic – The Moab Free Health Clinic is a nonprofit organization established in 2008 to ensure that all members of the Moab community have access to medical care and health resources regardless of race, religion, age, gender, health care coverage, or financial need.

Uintah Basin Association of Governments - Covering Uintah, Duchesne, and Daggett counties. UBAG helps with rent assistance, aging, H.E.A.T, weatherization, and more.
Basin Transit Association – Public Transportation Service offering bus routes between Vernal, Roosevelt, and Duchesne.

San Juan Public Health – Promoting health and preventing illness and injury in San Juan County.
Utah Navajo Health System - A not-for-profit Community Health Center providing medical, dental, and behavioral health care.

Ability 1st Utah – Center for Independent Living, providing services in Utah, Wasatch, Juab, and Sanpete Counties.

Utah Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) - The Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) promotes opportunities and provides supports for people with disabilities to lead self-determined lives by overseeing home and community-based services for more than 6,000 people who have disabilities.
